The NORCAL MLS® Alliance (the “NCMLSA”) now offers the ability to combine IDX data feeds. Please review the combined data authorization process below for details. For questions, see the FAQ or reach out using the Contact Form at the bottom of the page.

Combined Data Authorization Process for Subscribers

You must have an active MLS subscription with at least one NCMLSA MLS.
See the current NORCAL MLS® Alliance participating MLS's and Boards.
If you currently have an IDX provider, contact their customer service or support team to inquire about their process for enabling data on your site. If your provider is not authorized for the Combined IDX data feed, let them know they should go to https://norcalmlsalliance.com/resources/ to get started.
If you do not have an IDX provider, contact your Primary MLS for assistance and options.

What is the NORCAL MLS® Alliance Combined IDX Feed?

Who is eligible to receive the Combined IDX Feed?

Vendors must have at least one active MLS Subscriber client from within the NCMLSA to receive Combined IDX data. The Vendor must also be approved and licensed by participating MLSs in the NCMLSA before access is granted. Once approved, they can provide the Combined IDX to their clients. Participants within the NCMLSA are also eligible to become approved and licensed to directly receive the Combined IDX feed.
