NORCAL MLS® Alliance was thrilled to have technical leadership from some of its participating MLSs present at the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) Spring Conference held in Tucson, Arizona on April 25-28, 2022.

Olga Ermolin, Director of Engineering from MLSListings, and Joel Allison, Senior Software Engineer from MLSListings, shared how they implemented the RESO Universal Property Identifier (UPI) standard into their MLS system.

Jay Pepper-Martens, Chief Technology Officer at the San Francisco Association of Realtors®), and Lori Coburn, VP Information Technology at MetroList®, partnered up on “Data Share Redesigned: Single Entry, Universal Distribution.”

Both presentations addressed data share issues of duplicate listings, disconnected history, duplicate agent records, data dictionary and local business rules.  Also highlighted is the cooperative work of the NORCAL MLS® Alliance.

We were pleased to receive visibility and positive feedback from conference attendees regarding the Alliance’s collaboration and depth of our MLS partnerships.
